Duties

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their sessions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, following professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care strategies that support client wellness goals.
- Promote customer service by creating a welcoming environment, addressing client concerns promptly, and fostering positive relationships.
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist or Manual Osteopath in.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to manual therapy practices.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey treatment plans and build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.
- Prior experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
