Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients in hospitality settings
Requirements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for diverse client interactions
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Basic understanding of laundry processes and household chores like cooking is advantageous
