Atlantic Overhead Door Co. Ltd. is a door and dock service company that has successfully provided service to our Clients for over 35 years. We specialize in providing door and dock repair and installation services to the commercial and industrial sector. Due to our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our Team. · Ability to take responsibility for the smooth operation and organization of the office and clerical duties
· Must have a positive Customer Service approach and be detail oriented
· Effective interpersonal skills with clients and team members
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Self motivated with a positive attitude and a good work ethic
· Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and email correspondence
· Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
· Capable of completing A/P and A/R duties
· Good time management and organizational skills
· High school degree or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
