We are looking for a motorsport-loving, outgoing individual to join our sales team here at Basecamp Motorsports. We are a dealership delivering the brands of BRP and CFMOTO; Ski-Doo Snowmobiles, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road, Motorcycles, Alumacraft fishing boats, Manitou pontoon boats and Sea-Doo Watercrafts.
Our growing team is seeking an experienced new team member who is looking to prosper in a growing environment within the motorsports industry. Someone who aspires to develop and build strong relationships with customers while driven to understand and proudly represent the brand of BRP, CFMOTO, and Basecamp Motorsports.
In this role you must:
-Be able to work independently and be self-motivated
-Build and foster customer relationships – maintain customer base
-Confidently educate and recommend appropriate major sales units and accessories to suit customer needs
-Be committed to ongoing professional development and product knowledge
-Have excellent customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction
-Address and overcome objections
-Ensure that customers understand the unit operating features, paperwork, and warranty upon delivery
-Position will be paid base salary and commission
-Schedule will be 5 days a week and between Monday - Saturdays
