Who We're Looking For
We are searching for a young, energetic, and highly motivated sales professional who genuinely enjoys talking to people and has a passion for fragrances.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A strong interest in perfumes and fragrance brands
- An excellent sense of smell ("a good nose")
- Confidence speaking with customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Reliability, honesty, and professionalism
- Comfort creating Instagram and TikTok content
This position is not suitable for anyone with fragrance allergies, asthma triggered by scents, or sensitivity to strong perfumes. You will be surrounded by fragrances throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Help customers find the perfect fragrance based on their preferences
- Learn about fragrance notes, performance, and perfume families
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Create short videos and product photos for Instagram and TikTok
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Represent SSI Elegance Essences with professionalism at all times

Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Must enjoy working in a fragrance-filled environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
