Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Brewery Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting the brewing process, quality standards, and maintaining efficient operations within our brewery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about food processing and manufacturing in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Assist with packaging of finished beer products, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Must have valid Québec driver's license
- Must be 21+ for truck rental
- Deliver kegs and cases of beer
- Monitor production lines for proper operation and report any issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols related to food processing, machinery operation, and sanitation procedures
- Support the overall manufacturing process by performing routine tasks as assigned
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with packaging processes in a food or beverage industry setting is a plus
- Must be able to lift 25kg
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
