Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner for daytime position to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across various business environments. the shifts for this position is approx. 3hrs /day Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures. This role is essential in ensuring our clients' facilities are safe, sanitized, and presentable for employees and visitors alike.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail during all cleaning activities
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location
