Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. is a non-profit consumer-driven organization that provides housing and wrap-around support services in accordance with the Independent Living Philosophy to support individuals living with disabilities in the community.
The Project Manager provides overall operational leadership, administrative oversight, and team supervision for Project Hope across both program sites. Project Hope is a complex-care pilot initiative funded in partnership with Manitoba Housing and Homelessness, serving permanent residents transitioning out of acute care (Alternative Level of Care - ALC beds) or community homelessness who live with complex physical disabilities, cognitive limitations, mental health conditions, and active or historical substance use/addictions.
The Project Manager oversees service delivery, manages project budgets and funder reporting, supervises the scheduling and attendant care team, and maintains strong collaborative relationships with health system referral partners and community agencies. The position is guided by the mission statement and philosophy of Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- 3–5 years of progressive management or supervisory experience in a non-profit, housing, healthcare, social services, or business setting.
- Strong commitment to and knowledge of the Independent Living Philosophy, Harm Reduction principles, Trauma-Informed Care, and Housing First models.
- Demonstrated expertise in staff leadership, team supervision, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of financial management, budget monitoring, and funder reporting compliance (including Manitoba Housing and Homelessness alignment).
- Experience coordinating referral and collaborative intake processes with healthcare partners (e.g., WRHA, Home Care, Public Health, discharge planners).
- Ability to evaluate program outcomes, track key project metrics, and execute quality assurance and risk management protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
- Experience working in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
