Prepare and file corporate documents including incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, and extra-provincial registrations
Maintain and update physical and electronic corporate minute books
Draft routine corporate resolutions, annual filings, and governance documents
Manage corporate entity records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems
Conduct corporate and registry searches and obtain certificates of status
Assist with corporate transactions, reorganizations, and due diligence processes
Prepare closing binders and supporting documentation for transactions
Coordinate filings with federal and provincial corporate registries
Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and corporate governance requirements
