Commercial Aquatic Construction Manager – Permanent
What you will be doing:
- Oversee on-site commercial aquatic construction including structural concrete, PVC membranes, plumbing systems, and water slides.
- Direct day-to-day operations for in-house crews
- Build comprehensive project timelines, material takeoffs, and track budgets
- Ensure all builds strictly align with local Manitoba building codes and provincial health department regulations.
- Collaborate with general contractors, municipal clients, engineering firms, and facility managers.
- Job costing
What you should have:
- 5 years in commercial construction management, preferably specializing in aquatics, heavy civil concrete, or complex mechanical systems.
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, structural engineering layouts, and commercial plumbing schematics.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract for travel to regional build sites.
- 5 years hands-on experience in Carpentry
- Concrete forming and finishing experience
- Valid drivers licenses
- Will to travel out of town
- Computer skills, able to read CAD Files
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Job costing experience
- Quality control experience

- $85,000-$100,000 (based on experience)

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
