The Watering Can Flower Market is a locally loved floral boutique known for seasonal arrangements, handcrafted design, and genuine community connections. We're looking for a seasoned professional ready to help lead our shop.
The Role
You'll be the heart of our daily operations — designing arrangements, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on role that moves fast. We need someone calm under pressure, professional, and genuinely passionate about floristry and people.
What You'll Do
- Create arrangements for walk-in customers, pre-orders, and special occasions
- Manage inventory and minimize waste
- Greet and assist customers with warmth, expertise, and care
- Handle custom orders & consultations
- Open/close the shop and keep the storefront beautifully merchandised
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of floral design and/or retail management experience
- A mature, composed professional who thrives in a busy environment
- Outstanding customer service — warm, knowledgeable, and reliable
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently
Details
- Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8am–5:30pm
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
