You will

Oversee daily estimating production and ensure estimates are developed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Manage output of job files, budget production and documentation systems
- Oversee daily operations of the estimating function
- Tender housing products
- Review new products and vendors
- Manage external relationships and internal customers
- Process due dates: Sales release proformas, monthly closing reviews and re-reviews
- Interview and provide recommendations to the Management team
- Distribute job files for purchase to ensure completion and delivery in a timely manner
You have

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- NEWSTAR experience is an asset; preference will be given to candidates with previous experience.
- A team spirit attitude
- Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented
- Previous estimating experience (bonus for single family housing)
