Job Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy (North America):
-
Implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with our business goals.
-
Design and optimize competitive compensation and benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and employee perks.

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive rewards packages.
-
Collaborate with leadership to create a world-class Employee Value Proposition.

HR Technology:
-
Lead the transformation of HR technologies, driving efficiencies and automation, to provide the business with relevant HR insights and analytics
-
Oversee the HR technology landscape and introduce emerging technologies.

Manage the HR technology roadmap, focusing on future initiatives and innovations.

Enhance and optimize existing HRIS platforms, recommending improvements for seamless integration with the ERP system.

Compliance:
-
Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements (Provincial, state and both US and Canada Federal) related to Employment Standards, OH&S, Human Rights, FMLA, ADAAA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FLSA, etc. to reduce legal risks

Manage vendor compliance and ensure adherence to labor law requirements.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Business Admin or equivalent
-
5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR systems.

MS Office (advanced Excel skills, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Visio)

HRIS System integration
-
Acquisition experience is preferred
-
Experience with HRIS Systems (ADP WorkforceNow an asset)

Eligible for CHRP certification
