Industrial Manufacturing & Plastic Injection
You are a Hunter with 5–15 years of proven success in B2B business development.
You are someone who enjoys opening doors with large industrial clients, building long-term strategic relationships, and navigating complex manufacturing environments. You are comfortable selling consultatively through long sales cycles and developing high-value opportunities rather than chasing transactional business.
You understand the realities of industrial sales, including RFQ and RFP processes, supplier integration requirements, technical manufacturing conversations, and multi-stakeholder decision making.
Experience in plastic injection molding is a major asset.
You quickly understand manufacturing environments and build credibility with industrial buyers.

The company is entering a major growth phase and is looking for a Business Development Director capable of driving long-term strategic expansion.
This role is about quality over quantity.
We are looking for someone capable of identifying, qualifying, and developing the right strategic industrial accounts.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Developing new strategic manufacturing accounts;
- Identifying high-potential industrial opportunities;
- Opening doors with key decision makers;
- Building long-term client relationships;
- Managing consultative sales cycles;
- Collaborating internally with engineering, operations, production, and leadership;
- Contributing directly to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
What Success Looks LikeFirst 3 Months
- Understand UNICOR’s manufacturing capabilities and competitive advantages;
- Learn internal operations, engineering, production, and supply chain realities;
- Understand the ideal client profile;
- Become comfortable with internal systems and CRM processes.
Within 6 Months
- Build a strong strategic target account list;
- Develop relationships with key industrial buyers;
- Generate strategic meetings and opportunities;
- Contribute actively to pipeline growth.
Within 12 Months
- Independently manage strategic opportunities;
- Close new high-value industrial accounts;
- Build a strong long-term pipeline;
- Become a trusted commercial partner internally and externally.

Compensation
- Performance Bonus
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $200,000+
- Target Start Date: Mid-August 2026
