We are presently seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and experience in landscape construction, specifically in a lead hand/foreman role.
Candidates must be detail oriented and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Some experience is preferred but not essential. Own transportation is required to our yard in Waterdown. Top wages for the right individuals.

What You Bring
- experience with operating track loaders, excavators, skid steers, compactors and other construction equipment
- proficiency in reading/interpreting landscape drawings is an asset
- effective communication skills with team members and clients
- willingness to learn and grow in skills, knowledge and life with Shademaster
- valid G driver's license
- punctuality and accountability
- ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding manner
