Duties
- Monitor entrances and exits to control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee premises and identify suspicious activity.
- Perform security patrols around the property to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential security breaches or theft attempts.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and surveillance footage reviews.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation.
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail in identifying suspicious behavior.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively.
- Basic understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols.
