Job Title: Material Handler – Immediate Hire (300 Openings)
Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour + 4% Vacation Pay
Location: Oshawa, ON
Job Type: Temporary (3 to 6 months) with potential for permanent hire
Pay Frequency: Weekly (Every Friday)

About the Role
We are seeking 300 Material Handlers to join an active facility in Oshawa. In this role, you will assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. No prior warehouse experience is required—if you have a strong work ethic and experience in physically demanding environments, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, move, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products within the facility.
- Perform manual material handling safely (no powered equipment operated).
- Comfortably lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) required for payroll processing.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking during shifts.
- No warehouse experience? No problem! Transferable experience in general labour, construction, landscaping, manufacturing, moving, or shipping/receiving is highly valued.

Compensation & Employment Details
- Weekly pay issued every Friday, plus 4% vacation pay.
- Please note: Benefits are not included with this temporary assignment.
Available Shift Schedules
(10-hour shifts, 4 days a week)
- Day Shift 1A: Sunday – Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Day Shift 1B: Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Night Shift 2A: Sunday – Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Night Shift 2B: Wednesday – Saturday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Training & Orientation
- First-day orientation starts at 8:00 AM.
- Up to two additional mandatory training days may be required upon onboarding.
