Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sub Contractor to join our dynamic plumbing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing specialized tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a Sub Contractor, you will collaborate closely with project managers and other trades to deliver quality results that meet client specifications and deadlines. Your expertise will help drive successful project outcomes across various phases of construction, restoration, and finishing work.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute assigned tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Perform plumbing activities such as plumbing distribution and risers, waterline distribution, rough-in plumbing, testing, inspections
- Install plumbing fixtures, and equipment completing plumbing tasks
- Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate material and labor assessments for assigned scopes of work
- Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing services
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation required for various tasks
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing basics is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to construction work are a plus but not mandatory
- Can run his own team of employees to full fill tasks
