- Develop and maintatin a thorough knowledge of GM Vehicles, features and accessories
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Use various digital tools and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development activities
*** Two months training salary then commission compensation
