About Us
Port Stanley Vape is a new local vape store focused on friendly service, responsible sales, and helping adult customers find the right products for their needs. We are looking for Sales Associates to join our opening team.
Position Overview
Sales Associates will help customers, process transactions, maintain the store, stock products, and ensure all age-verification and compliance procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Recommend vape products based on customer needs and preferences
- Verify customer age and follow all legal sales requirements
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and monitor inventory
- Keep the store clean, professional, and welcoming
- Learn about devices, pods, coils, e-liquids, disposables, and accessories
- Follow all store policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Vape product knowledge is an asset, but training can be provided
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling payments
- Must be comfortable asking for ID and following age-verification rules
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
