The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and owners, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
Residential Property Manager responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day management of a portfolio of residential properties
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other service requirements
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and other property related financial activities
- Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to ownership and internal leadership
The successful candidate has:
- 2+ years of residential property management experience
- A valid property management license is required
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy requirements and property management practices
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- The ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- A professional, solutions focused approach with strong attention to detail
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $95,000 per year depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
