Job Summary
Dynamic Specialty Vehicles is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assisting them in selecting the right parts and accessories, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a solid understanding of automotive parts and dealership operations. Experience with retail sales or automotive repair are highly valued to support diverse customer needs and expand our market reach.
Duties
- Assist internal and external customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate automotive parts and accessories based on their needs.
- Manage sales transactions accurately and processing payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain organized inventory records, order fulfillment processes, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Engage with customers via phone and in-person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the parts sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and customer satisfaction.
- Use Microsoft Office and other organizational tools to track sales data, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate prices or terms with customers when appropriate, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred.
- Automotive repair knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation, phone etiquette, and customer service expertise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
