Global Marketing & Communications teams work together with colleagues from around the world to help the network deliver on purpose, embrace firm values and help earn trust in the market. Working as part of the broader team, this role will focus primarily on the area of Global Tax & Legal, while also taking on other cross-functional projects. Working closely with the Global Tax & Legal Marketing Managers and reporting to the Marketing Director in Global Tax & Legal, this role requires a dynamic, positive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing.
The selected candidate will coordinate marketing campaigns, build relationships across borders and functional areas of the business, and share their energy, enthusiasm and ideas with a supportive and driven Marketing & Communications teams.

What you will do:
Marketing project coordination and support
Project coordination and support for the development of campaigns.
Support production of high-quality marketing and communications, campaigns, services and materials for the tax practice. This will include providing initial briefing on client requirements to program delivery or external vendors.
Facilitates the production process on marketing campaign elements including direct project management and providing additional quality control for the Tax team through editorial support/proof reading.
Day-to-day liaison with teams in Tax & Legal marketing and communications, the program delivery teams within the GRC and the practice managers in various parts of the world.
Stakeholder response, coordination and quality control
Monitor internal and external email inboxes to respond to or redirect inquiries, following up to ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Create desktop designed template work, such as timely e-communications.
Proofread and amend copy for specific publications and e-communications.
Liaise with internal key stakeholders, including Global Program Delivery, Global Marketing Compliance, Risk Management Teams, Digital, Brand and others.
Marketing resources management and collaboration
Responsible for effectively accessing and leveraging the wider Marketing Shared Services resources e.g. Brand management, On-line Services, Event Management, PR, Marketing Knowledge Management, Marketing Operations comprising a mix of in-house, outsourced and offshored resources and services.
Perform resource coordination to support delivery of marketing materials from the GRC and the practices to events. This may include coordination shipping and receiving for the site location and return or disposal of unused materials.
Help support the tracking and administration of budgets and invoices as required.
Coordinating updates to the team content calendar and toolkit to help bring greater awareness of Global Tax & Legal campaign launches to member firm marketers around the world.
What you bring to this role:
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields (experience in a client service, marketing environment such as an agency, law firm or professional services firm preferred)
A team player who can react positively to changing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
The ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-activity (a creative problem solver)
Experience of thinking laterally to ensure all tasks are completed
Required Skills
Diploma or degree preferably in marketing, project management, administration or production
MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate level)
Creative eye and ability to build relationships with colleagues to support the development of quality deliverables
Excellent project management capabilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, highly service oriented and client-centric attitude, capable of exercising diplomacy and good judgement
Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultural and international approaches, adapting to time zone challenges
