Job Overview: Reporting to the Store Manager y ou’ll be involved in:
- Working with the Agro team, plan and direct day-to-day operations, assign duties to maintain adequate staff and plan scheduling with the Store Manager
- Maintaining Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service and ensuring consistent brand aligned customer experience
- Lead, coach and motivate Agro staff to improve productivity, engagement, and retention
- Promoting the Four Rivers Co-op Health and Safety Program
- Ensuring the procedures for merchandise and feeds are adhered to Co-op standard
- Responsible for accurate weekly stock ordering and inventories, complying with proper classification and authorization of invoices
Ensuring compliance to all legislative and regulatory requirements as well as organizational and commodity programs and policies

What You Bring:
- Possess a post-secondary education in a related field
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in Agriculture retail preferably at a leadership level
- Proven ability to control operational costs, maximize operation efficiencies and improve growth margins
- Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of 6-10 employees
- You hold a valid class 5 or better driver’s license with a clean abstract
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
