Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pizza maker to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on pizza preparation experience, demonstrating proficiency in food handling, cooking, and food safety standards. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent food service and meal preparation skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as dough, sauces, and toppings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and workstations
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent food service
- Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years pizza making experience in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Experience with food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests professionally
