Oakville Toyota is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team in Oakville. Oakville Toyota is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting both customers and the service department by identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts. You’ll help maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 a year.

What You'll Do
- Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.
- Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
- Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
- Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.
- Issues credit for parts returned.
- Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Previous parts experience is an asset but not required - training will be provided.
- Experience with CDK software is an asset.
- Knowledge of Toyota products is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
