Now Hiring: Line Cook / Pizza Program Lead
We are seeking a motivated, skilled Line Cook with a strong passion for pizza to join our kitchen team. This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is not only confident on the line during service but also excited to take ownership of our pizza program and help elevate it to the next level.
About the Role
This position combines hands-on line cooking with leadership of our pizza operations. The ideal candidate brings both solid kitchen execution skills and creative expertise in pizza making—from dough development and fermentation to topping combinations, oven management, and consistent execution during service.
You will work closely with the kitchen team and leadership to refine systems, improve quality, and contribute to menu development while maintaining consistency and speed in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Line Cook Duties:
- Execute menu items consistently during busy service periods
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and timing
- Support prep, station setup, and breakdown procedures
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and leadership
Pizza Program Leadership:
- Take ownership of all aspects of pizza production
- Develop and refine dough recipes, fermentation schedules, and procedures
- Create and test new pizza concepts, toppings, and seasonal specials
- Manage pizza prep, inventory, and station organization
- Ensure consistent quality and execution across all pizzas during service
- Train and guide staff on pizza preparation and execution
- Help optimize workflow for speed, consistency, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with pizza making (Neapolitan, sourdough, New York-style, or similar preferred)
- Understanding of dough fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques
- Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement
- Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
