We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to coordinate purchasing, inventory flow, receiving, and to help maintain our online store. This role suits someone who enjoys staying organized, working with technology, and helping products move efficiently from our suppliers to our customers.

About the Role
This position connects our suppliers, inventory, website, sales floor, service department, and customers.
You'll coordinate purchasing and receiving while helping manage our online store through the Workstand (formerly SmartEtailing) platform. You'll ensure new products launch online, inventory stays accurate, and the website reflects the same premium experience customers receive in store.
Purchasing & Inventory
- Generate and submit daily purchase orders
- Maintain seasonal booking orders
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock
- Process and manage customer special orders
- Support the service department with parts purchasing
- Maintain accurate inventory throughout the store
Receiving & Product Management
- Receive bikes, parts, accessories, apparel, and service products
- Verify shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies
- Price, tag, and prepare products for the sales floor
- Maintain inventory accuracy in Lightspeed POS
- Assist with supplier returns and warranty processing
Website & E-Commerce
- Maintain and update the Norco North Shore website using the Workstand e-commerce platform
- Post new bicycle models and product lines online
- Build and update product pages with descriptions, specifications, and images
- Create featured collections and promotional content
- Keep pricing, inventory, and product information accurate
- Keep the website fresh with new products, seasonal updates, and promotions
- Process Click & Collect and online orders
- Help improve the online customer experience
Operations
- Match supplier invoices with received products
- Work with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams so products are available when needed
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal inventory changes
- Maintain an organized receiving area and backroom
- Retail, inventory, or purchasing experience preferred
- Experience in the bicycle industry is a strong asset, but not required
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Experience with Lightspeed POS is an asset
- Experience with Workstand (formerly SmartEtailing), Shopify, or another e-commerce platform is an asset
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Comfortable lifting bikes and boxes up to 50 lbs

Compensation
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually
The successful candidate's salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and qualifications.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
