We are an independent pharmacy with a long tradition of helping our local community and new arrivals to our community. We are looking for a pharmacist who is both experienced and dedicated to patient's care and well-being.
Job Description:
- Clinical services (medication reviews, adaptations, prescribing certain conditions)
- Processing and reviewing prescriptions and assisting pharmacy assistant when necessary
- Collect and review relevant patient, drug and disease information
- Identify actual and potential drug therapy problem
- Provide patient counselling and answering questions from both patients and other healthcare professionals
- Provide recommendations to OTC products and vitamins
- Administer vaccines and other medications in accordance to BC Pharmacy Regulation
Job Requirement:
- Able to speak Korean
- Licensed by and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Certified to administer injection in BC
- Certified and up to date with OAT training by College of Pharmacists of BC
- Familiar with Kroll Program, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong commitment to professionalism and demonstrated dedication to patient care and well being
- Self directed and able to work independently to meet deadlines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $46.00-$55.00 per hour
