Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
- Maintain accurate registration, color consistency, and print quality
- Monitor production to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot printing issues to keep jobs running smoothly
- Perform routine press maintenance and adjustments
- Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist with unboxing blanks, cleaning tools and screens, and maintaining a clean production space
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Experience operating an automatic screen printing press preferred
- Manual press experience will be considered
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Experience with M&R equipment is an asset
Compensation
$17.60 – $21.00 per hour based on experience
- Part-time to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position
- Wage reviews based on performance
Starting compensation is determined by press experience and production capability.
