Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support daily operations within our medusa. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic workflows, and assisting medical staff with various administrative and clinical tasks.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment
- open the clinic and perform all morning duties
- Prepare rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient appointments
- Assist with patient intake
- Manage patient records accurately and update electronic health records as needed
- Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate patient flow efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing paperwork, and verifying insurance information
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures
- House keeping duties, keeping bathroom clean, clinic laundry, sweeping and mopping, garbage and recycling and maintaining a pristine space that is clean at all times
This role is essential for maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency within our clinic.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
