About Our Family
We're a busy, warm, and energetic household with two young daughters and two beloved pets, a big, lovable Bernadoodle and the world's most patient cat. Life in our home is full: there's a toddler who never stops moving, a baby discovering the world one solid food at a time, two parents managing demanding careers and a family business, and the constant beautiful chaos that comes with it all.
We enjoy cooking and place a strong emphasis on healthy, home-cooked meals made with whole foods. We also strive to run our home thoughtfully by using environmentally conscious products where possible and minimizing unnecessary waste. We're looking for someone who is comfortable supporting these household preferences. Our goal is simple: we want our home to feel calm, organized, and well cared for so we can spend more time focusing on our children and each other.
Who You Are
You are someone who walks into a home and naturally sees what needs to be done. You're highly competent, deeply organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-moving household. You come prepared with ideas, take ownership of recurring systems, and treat your work with genuine care and initiative.
You're comfortable working independently while also collaborating with us when decisions or priorities arise. You don't wait to be told every next step—you anticipate needs, solve problems thoughtfully, and communicate well.
You're comfortable with kids and animals, respect a home that runs thoughtfully, and you're in it for the long haul. You're trustworthy and dependable. Above all, you're the kind of person who genuinely reduces the mental load, doesn't add to it.
For the right person, there is opportunity to grow beyond the day-to-day management of the home and become a trusted partner within the broader family ecosystem. Based on your interests, strengths, and the trust we build together, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, contribute to family business operations, and grow alongside the needs of the household. We're looking for someone who sees this as a long-term relationship and is excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
