Responsibilities:
- Define and review requirements for the SUS NextGen project and update or create architecture artifacts.
- Conduct detailed analyses for compliance with OPS, industry, and international standards on security, privacy, and accessibility.
- Define relationships among applications, focusing on reusable components and software organization.
- Provide consulting to technical teams on solution technologies and project progress.
- Develop business and technical documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Architecture Expertise: Strong understanding of application and technology architecture, especially for shared infrastructure and middleware.
- Technical Proficiency: 5+ years of experience with API Gateway, API routing, REST services, API governance, Cloud services, CICD, and DevOps.
- Enterprise Experience: Minimum of 10 years in developing internet/intranet applications (multi-platform, multi-component, n-tier).
- OPS Standards: Familiarity with OPS Gating processes, GO-ITS standards, and experience with Public Sector IT architecture and gating.
- Enterprise Security: Experience with security architecture for enterprise-wide projects, including SOA, Service BUS, SSO, Digital Identity, J2EE security, and Java application development.
- Frameworks & Modeling: Knowledge of Zachman Framework, UML notations, and experience producing technical documentation.
Skills Breakdown (Weighted Evaluation):
- Cloud Development and Design Skills (30%): CICD, release planning, change management, multi-jurisdictional project leadership.
- Enterprise Architecture Skills (30%): Proficiency with the Zachman framework and enterprise security architecture.
- Implementation & Integration (25%): At least 5 years of experience with large-scale internet/intranet applications, IBM WebSphere, Oracle DB, and AODA compliance.
- Enterprise Security Solution & Java Application Development (10%): Advanced security-focused development using SOA, Identity Access Management, and J2EE.
- Public Sector Experience (5%): Knowledge of MGCS support, ITSM processes, and standards in Public Sector IT.

Pay: $85.00-$105.00 per hour
