- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing with a friendly attitude.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, maintenance tips, and product recommendations to foster trust and loyalty.
- Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting available products and services effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in barbering or hairstyling is preferred but not required; we welcome passionate newcomers eager to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation procedures, and current grooming trends.
