About the Role
As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient site operations. Your work will play a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including pumps and conveyors

Align stationary industrial equipment
-
Operate overhead cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment safely

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
-
Clean, lubricate, and replace components such as bearings, seals, and motors
-
Follow site safety procedures and maintenance standards
Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to support production

Schedule & Travel
-
14 days on / 14 days off rotation
-
12-hour day and night shifts
-
Fly-In / Fly-Out (FIFO) position
-
Charter flights are provided from Montréal or Val-d'Or
-
Candidates must be able to travel to one of these charter departure airports
Camp accommodations and meals are provided

What You Bring
-
5–7+ years of relevant industrial Millwright experience
-
Completion of Levert Modules
-
Valid driver's licence
-
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
-
Successful candidates must achieve a passing score on the SPEEXX English Language Assessment as part of the hiring process
