Evolute Power is an EV charging infrastructure company working with homeowners, commercial clients, property managers, condominium corporations, and contractors across the GTA.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to help support our residential and commercial projects from initial customer follow up through to installation.
This is an entry level role and a great opportunity for someone coming out of college or university who wants to build a career in project coordination, operations, construction, electrical infrastructure, or EV charging.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate does not need to be an electrician and does not need direct EV charging experience. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, reliable, and comfortable learning the technical side of the business.
You will help keep projects moving by following up with customers, assisting with scheduling, attending site visits, coordinating materials, supporting installers, and handling day to day project details.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers, contractors, property managers, and internal team members by phone and email
- Help schedule site visits, installations, and project follow ups
- Attend site visits when required and collect basic information, photos, measurements, and notes
- Assist with ordering, tracking, picking up, and dropping off materials
- Coordinate with electricians and installers to help keep jobs moving
- Track project status, next steps, and outstanding items
- Help prepare basic project notes, summaries, quotes, and updates
- Keep customer and project information organized
- Assist with general day to day tasks required to move residential and commercial projects forward
What We’re Looking For
- Recent college or university graduate, or someone early in their career
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to follow through
- Some technical, mechanical, construction, or hands on aptitude
- Comfortable dealing with customers and job sites
- Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Willing to learn about EV charging, electrical infrastructure, and project coordination
- Valid driver’s licence
- Access to a vehicle is preferred
- Comfortable travelling around the GTA for site visits, pickups, and drop offs
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, construction, trades, logistics, property management, or project coordination
- Basic understanding of electrical work or EV charging
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or project management tools
- Ability to read basic drawings, layouts, or site notes
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
