ServicePlus Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, dependable and highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This is a part-time position offering 2–3 day shifts per week, along with seasonal Saturday shifts during our busier heating and cooling periods. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing great customer service, staying organized and making sure tasks are completed accurately from start to finish.
Schedule
- 2–3 days per week
- Seasonal Saturdays during peak heating and cooling periods
- Additional hours may occasionally be available for vacation and staff coverage
- Daytime office hours
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Accurately enter and update customer information
- Respond to customer messages and requests
- Complete customer follow-ups
- Assist with scheduling and day-to-day office administration
- Review customer records and paperwork for missing or incomplete information
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Assist with maintenance plan administration
- Complete data entry and document organization
- Assist with outstanding office tasks and ongoing projects
- Provide additional office coverage when required
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable and takes ownership of their work. The right person will notice when information is missing, follow tasks through to completion and be comfortable asking questions rather than making assumptions.
You should also:
- Be friendly and confident speaking with customers by phone
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Be able to manage multiple tasks without losing track of details
- Work well independently and as part of a small team
- Be comfortable following established processes and checklists
Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset. HVAC experience is not required .We're happy to teach the industry and our systems to the right person.

Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Approximately 16–24 hours per week
Schedule: 2–3 weekdays + seasonal Saturdays
