Hosts are the first point of contact for guests, managing flow and setting the tone.
Responsibilities
Host
- Greet guests and manage seating/waitlists
- Guide the flow of service
- Answer guest questions and create a welcoming experience
- Sell retail beer and handle transactions
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness
- Support service during busy shifts and events
Requirements
- Smart Serve required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Available evenings, weekends, and events
