Position Overview
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Financial Support Administrator to support our accounting and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, financial workflows, and organized administrative processes.
You will work closely with the accounting team and operational leadership while supporting day-to-day financial and administrative activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently while maintaining clear communication within a collaborative team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
A strong candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
- Assist with invoice entry, payment tracking, and financial documentation management
- Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Assist with timesheet tracking, verification, and submission support
- Assist in completing supplier applications and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and support data integrity across systems
- Assist with spreadsheet tracking and preparation of financial reporting support files
- Help identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate as needed
- Communicate professionally with departments, vendors, and management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Core Skills

Education and Experience
- 2–3 years of office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience preferred
- Experience with AR/AP, invoicing, or financial data entry considered an asset
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in the Automation Industry considered an asset but not required

Remuneration

Training for a variety of skills is available through internal and external training offerings. Employee progress will be evaluated annually through performance reviews.
Starting wage rates/hour will follow the ranges below and will be determined based on skill and experience.
$23- $36/hour depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. This role is to fill an existing vacancy.
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as required
