About the Role
Fortify is a multidisciplinary clinic built around a simple belief: people deserve to be in the drivers seat of their healthcare. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who shares that conviction, someone who brings deep clinical expertise, a whole-person perspective, and genuine curiosity about each patient's story.
As an NP at Fortify, you're not just a care provider, you're a core part of how we build and evolve our care model. That means direct patient care, yes, but also a seat at the table for protocol development, interdisciplinary case studies, and the kind of innovation that actually changes outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide affirming, inclusive primary and gynecological care for patients across the full spectrum of their health
- Conduct annual exams, pap smears, STI screening, and quick care visits
- Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, and depression
- Address gynecological concerns including UTIs, vaginal infections, and contraception
- Administer iron infusions
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated, whole-person care
- Participate in protocol development, technology initiatives, and ongoing innovation
Who You Are
You lead with listening. You believe patients are the experts on their own bodies, and your role is to partner with them. You ask the kind of questions that surface the details that matter. You practice shared decision-making not because it's a framework, but because it's the right way to care for people.
You're comfortable with technology and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
