We're looking for a Senior Financial Planner / Insurance Agent who is capable of providing top-notch insurance advice, managing client portfolios and always hungry for new business opportunities. We provide leads for clients wanting to achieve homeownership and need your skillset to help from wherever they may be in their financial journey. You will use your LLQP certification and extensive industry know-how to create customized solutions tailored to our client's needs and strive to provide above and beyond service..
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client's financial status (including income, expenses & liabilities) and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Foster strong relationships with your clients, staying organized and engaged in your communication with them to build rapport and trust.
- Provide advice on retirement planning, risk management, investments and tax planning.
- Keep yourself updated on regulations, industry trends and available products.
- Process required documentation to ensure a smooth experience for the client.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement in financial processes to drive client success.
- Offer actionable recommendations to ensure your client's continuous growth and optimization.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certificate.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Communication, negotiation and client relation skills must be exceptional.
- Tech savvy and able to use software such as CRM systems.
- Proactive approach to client needs and tasks.
