Be the face of The Knoll and the Sandbar Lounge, providing outstanding service and
making lasting connections with our guests while crafting a variety of beverages and
creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
-Serve banquets, weddings, and events, including setup, teardown, presentation, and
meeting group requirements.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu and daily specials.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and coordination.
- Assist in training new servers as needed.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests,
following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with guests to enhance their
experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are
well-stocked.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving drinks and handling food
products.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and coordination
during busy periods.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments in a timely
manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated on menu offerings
and service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server/bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is
preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and menu offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
- Comfortable lifting up 50 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods during shifts.
- Performing repetitive tasks, bending, lighting, and stairs.
