Job description:
We are currently hiring Kitchen Helper for meat packaging for one of their clients in Vaughan, ON
Position – Kitchen Helper
Pay -$17.60/hr
Shift available:
- Morning shift -7am to 3pm / 10am to 6pm/8 am to 5 pm
Job Duties:
- Prepare, trim, and package meat products
- Label and pack products for shipment
- Move meat products and supplies as needed
- Keep the work area clean and follow food safety standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
- Experience working in a meat processing plant, butcher shop, commercial kitchen, restaurant, or food production environment is preferred
- Comfortable working with raw meat products
- Able to work in a refrigerated environment
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Pay: $17.60 per hour
