Location: Toronto, ON. (The office is in Toronto downtown, but it is closed due to COVID19. This position will be remote until the office reopens)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for discovering, qualifying, and following the sales process to drive net new business opportunities in this role. As part of this high-energy team, your overall objective is to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in driving continued growth at an agile organization during a growth phase. With our strong leadership and effective management, we are poised for tremendous growth in the coming year and believe this role will play an essential part in capturing that momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
Map Mid-Enterprise and SMB accounts, identifying IT decision-makers
Attend client meetings on regular basis and prepare reports.
Develop workable strategies for marketing and sales generation.
Marketing efforts to attract new consumers, and support customers after the sale.
Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
Qualifying inbound leads and mapping them to a potential solution fit
Keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities in CRM.
Schedule follow up actions as needed
Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets

Requirements:
Technical skills

Previous experience working as an Inside Sales / Business Development position
Experience selling complicated solutions or product offering
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Able to work well within a team and support others as well as working independently when required
Technically savvy
