Accurate Transmissions & Auto Centre Ltd has proudly served customers since 1989. We are a fast-paced, high-demand automotive repair facility seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and reliable Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule vehicles for service and repairs
- Provide customers with repair estimates and expected completion times
- Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers
- Ensure repair orders are completed accurately
- Process invoices as jobs are completed
- Assist with parts ordering and returns
- Perform walk-around inspections on customer vehicles
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain organized paperwork and a clean reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager
- Strong knowledge of automotive and light truck components and systems
- Experienced in industry standard labour guides and parts catalogues
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Valid BC driver’s license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Additional Compensation
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
