Duties
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean windows of various sizes and heights.
- Mainly WaterFed Pole system Cleaning
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building cleanliness and safety.
- Apply commercial cleaning techniques to ensure streak-free, spotless glass surfaces.
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and heavy lifting equipment to reach high or difficult areas.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper use of tools and safety equipment during all cleaning activities.
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning supplies is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or related fields enhances your suitability for this role.
