Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards in commercial settings
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure operational readiness
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols in commercial environments
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Must reside at Carman, MB
- Must have a transportation
- Must have a clear police record
