Burgundy Lion Group is looking for a qualified Sous-Chef to work along side the Chef de Cuisine in a small but busy English pub located in the Mile End.
Experience working the line and in preparation. Knowledge in menu conception and creating daily specials. Also, knowledge in ordering and maintaining inventory.
