Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join us in delivering exceptional service and results.
What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring sunroom solutions. You’ll guide them through the sales process, answer questions, and help them design the perfect addition to their home.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs
- Provide product details, pricing, and design options
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to close sales
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with installation and customer service teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM and basic office software
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of construction or renovation is an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
