Responsibilities:
Greeting & engaging walk-in visitors in a professional manner
Calling, texting and emailing registrants & inquiries
Booking and managing appointment schedules for the sales team
Cold calling and follow-ups on new and existing leads
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets/lead lists
Ensuring signage, brochures and the sales centre are presentable at all times
Basic administrative support as needed
Basic Paperwork
General Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, friendly and professional in face-to-face and phone interactions
Organized and detail oriented with good time management
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Reliable, punctual
Fluent in English
Proficient with Google Drive (sheets, docs) and adobe
Experience in:
Administrative or office support background
Sales or customer service experience
CRM or lead management
Comfortable handling light social media or digital inquiries
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
